What are the fees for living at WindRiver?

There are two mandatory memberships for WindRiver residents which incur the following fees:

1. The WindRiver Community Association currently has an annual assessment fee of $1,380 per year. Other fees may apply depending on the neighborhood and the presence of vacant homesites.
2. The WindRiver Club Social Membership for residents is $175 per month.

Sports and Golf Club Memberships are optional and will incur separate fees.
